Kids
We strongly believe that helping kids and teens gain self-confidence, discipline, and humbleness at early stages in life is key.
In these classes, we work motor coordination, discipline, teamwork, confidence and self-defence. Classes include physical and technical drills, live sparring, gameplay and more. Jiu-Jitsu is fun and a great form of exercise. It also provides a foundation of self-defence.
As a non-striking, grapple-centric martial art, the emphasis of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu is on leverage and technique over strength. The training is safe and accessible for all skill and fitness levels.
