No-GI

No-Gi Jiu-Jitsu classes are a form of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu where practitioners don't wear the traditional Gi, focusing on grappling without the use of the uniform.

All Levels

This class is designed to accommodate students from white belt and above. It provides a unique environment where higher and lower belts gather and learn together.

Wrestling

Our wrestling classes incorporate grappling techniques that prioritise takedowns, control, and positional dominance, providing a valuable complement to the groundwork aspects of Jiu-Jitsu.

Open Mats

Free time for members and visitors to work on specific techniques or just spar with each other in a controlled environment. A great way to build a sense of community within the gym!
